Read policy and service Description before Booking.

1-Cancellation or Rescheduling
A deposit will be due at the time of booking any service. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service at your scheduled appointment.
2-If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will lose your deposit. In case of rescheduling, you will have to make another deposit for your scheduled service. If you reschedule in the appropriate amount of time, the $20 deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled service.
 
3-NO-SHOW
For no show client will be charging a 50% of the service scheduled. Please not that we separate a certain amount of time for your services, if a client doesn't show to the appointment, we lose time & money. 
4-NO KIDS/ NO EXTRA PEOPLE, unless being. Children must be attended by another adult. 
a-If you reschedule in the appropriate amount of time, the $20 deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled service.
5-Please be on time for your appointment. When you are late, it interferes with the appointments after yours and push everything behind. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be losing the deposit.
 
6-$15 fee for clients who came late and want us to squeeze.
7-ADD-ONS
Prices on the services offered here are the initial price. All nail decoration, glitters, stamps, prints, treatments and products have additional charges. make sure to book and add to your appointment exactly what you want to do. if you can up with an idea that makes more time than the reserved time, we won't have time to do it. if you are unsured how to book, text us and we'll be happy to help you.
